Though others in your life may not be very supportive at this time, it does not mean that you have to let it negatively impact you: you can still seek treatment on your own and start to work on your OCD.
Although it may be easier to have the support of people in your family, you may be able to win them over by showing them that you can change your behavior with the help of a therapist or medication. They may then start to see that there is some benefit to mental health therapy and psychology.
If your family is not supportive, maybe there are some friends who could be or a support group that you could join to meet others who have OCD. There are many people besides your family on whom you can rely at this time, seek them out.
Either way, find someone who will help give you the strength you need to get help.
