What did slaves in Colonial America do after their work was finished?

At night, on Saturday afternoons, and on Sundays, most slaves were allowed to go hunting and fishing, do personal chores, work in their own gardens, and get together with other slaves.

If they had a pass from their owner, they could visit friends on nearby plantations.
