Do sweat and body oils come from the same pores or are they totally different?

Sweat glands and sebaceous glands are totally different.

Sweat glands produce sweat, and sebaceous glands produce oils. Most of your sebaceous glands are located on your scalp and face.

When something obstructs the regular release of sebum (fatty oil), it leads to painful and blocked glands, also known as acne.
