The King Ranch in south Texas is the biggest ranch in the United States, and is one of the largest working ranches in the world.
It covers 1,300 square miles (3,380 sq km), an area bigger than Rhode Island.
The ranch is located between Corpus Christi and Brownsville.
Even though it is best known as a cattle ranch, with 60,000 cattle, the King Ranch is also a very large 60,000-acre (24,000-ha) farm that grows cotton and grain sorghum.
The King Ranch was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1961.
