Which other Apes besides Humans have Monogamous and Equal Mating Relationships?

Gibbons bond together as male and female and defend their territory from intruders, forsaking all others.

All other apes, however, engage in some form of polygamy, wild sexual abandon, or both.

Humans are one animal species that has evolved to be monogamous. Well, mostly.

Our basic instinct is to mate with everything, although some of us try to control that urge.
