How many cigars did British Prime Minister Winston Churchill really smoke in his lifetime?

They weren’t just photo props, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill smoked a lot of cigars.

It’s estimated that Churchill smoked 300,000 cigars in his lifetime.

Churchill acquired a taste for Havana cigars after traveling to Cuba to observe the Spanish fight the Cuban guerrillas in 1895.

Sir Winston Churchill was born on 30 November, 1874, and was a British politician known for his leadership of the United Kingdom during World War II.
